1. Order Cancellation

• Once an order is processed/dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  
• Even if the customer refuses later, the parcel may still get delivered.
  

2. Quality Issue / Damage

• If the jacket is damaged, stained, or not as shown, the customer must send clear photo/video proof.
  
• After verification by our management team, the item will be replaced or returned.
  

3. Original Packaging Required

• For any return or exchange, the product must have:
  
  Original zipper bag
  Original flyer (untorn & clean)
  
• Proof of original packaging is required.
  

4. Size Exchange

• If the size does not fit, the customer may request an exchange.
  
• Exchange will start after the payment of the original order is received in Vetesse’s bank account.
  
• If the required size is out of stock, the customer will need to wait for the next restock.
